Edmond Power
Edmond is the Founder and Principal of Power Hotel People.
A veteran of the hotel industry with 22 years experience in operations, strategic human resources including General Management and Regional Management roles.
Edmond is a passionate believer in the hospitality and tourism industy and dedicates substantial time and energy promoting the personal and professional opportunities it offers.
He has served as the Australian Chair of Inclusion and Diversity at Australia’s largest hotel company and was previous Head of Talent for Australia’s largest Ingegrated Resort Complex.
Kate Marshall
Kate is a passionate and highly focussed hotel and tourism industry professional. She brings over 20 years of Sales, Marketing and Distribution experience to this role. Amongst her highest priorities is matching a candidate’s values as well as their skill set to a client’s role.
Initially commencing her career in Product Development, Kate honed her exceptional negotiation and commercial skills in various Sales, Marketing and Distribution in the Hotel and Tourism industry.
Customer focus, attentive to a client’s needs and a great relationship builder is why Kate is our Talent Business Partner – Sales & Marketing at Power Hotel People.
